Do I need to send PAN Documents?

YES! As per Income Tax Department. You can't keep any Physical Documents of any PAN Card. Income TAX Department need every single copy of the documents. You can send multiple documents at once to reduce your sourier fee. But you have to send every signle documents, forms and batch details to them. Otherwise they can take legal action against you.

Collect All Documents that are pending with you. Pin UP Your Single PAN Documents. Give Customer Documents,PAN Form, Photo and Print of the Batch sheet.

If Multiple Batch then give all Batch Pages. Keep Batch pages on above of the bundle. Also mention the application count on Batch sheet.
